Job description
Liaison with BGMEA and factories to update and provide necessary supports for Group insurance and collecting Insurance benefits.

Provide necessary support to the factory Compliance team during Buyer / Certification Audit.

Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employee/Worker about labor law, certification as well as buyer requirements (e.g. SA 8000, ISO 9001, Buyer CoC, etc).

Monitor factory activities to detect breach of compliance and immediately take appropriate action.

Assist to formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company.

Monitor and identify manpower requirements and skills mix and make appropriate recommendation to management for implementation

Assist to review of organizational structures, job analysis, job descriptions/ specifications and job evaluation.

Monitor HR, Administration & Compliance related tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments.

Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures

Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

Take initiative to motivate the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability of the factory.

Liaison with regulatory bodies & stake-holders like; BGMEA, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases and workers grievance related issues.
Skill
  • Age At least 33 year(s)
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill.
  • The applicants should have experience in the RMG or Textile Organization
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • General HR, Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct
Education
Masters in Any Discipline with sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law, Labour Rules, EPZ instructions - 1 & 2. MBA in HRM or PGDHRM & Diploma in Social Compliance is preferable.
