Job description
We are looking for Manager Transportation & Administration in Opex & Sinha Textile Group, a leading Group of Companies in the Country

To maintain total vehicle management for smoothly moving operation.

Ensure transport services, control the pool transports smoothly and maintain proper records thereof.

Renewal of Tax token, Fitness, Insurance & Route permits of vehicles from BRTC.

Must have driving license and ability to take test of new drivers.

Keep liaison with vehicle Rental company and rent accordingly when asked.

Carry-out necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arranges timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, tax etc. and maintain proper records thereof.

Reviewing and store contracts & agreements files and using them as reference for the future.

Visits to the Office sites to ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of hygiene.

Responsible for managing day to day overall Office Administration.

Maintain healthy working environment.

Ensuring office cleanliness.

Ensure good interdepartmental relationship and support.

Ensure instruction of higher management to improve office discipline.

Coordination and management of various administrative issues.

Dealing with discipline matters.

Monitoring Security, housekeeping, health & safety issues of staffs.

Monitor proper housekeeping of the office premises.

Ensure maintenance of all office equipment, monitor and maintain effective functioning of Electricity, Generator, Telephone, CCTV, Internet, Water supply and air coolers.

Ensuring safety and security of the office

Confirm availability of security at office premises.

Monitor performance of security team.

Take necessary action (Servicing, repairing, maintenance, etc.) when any damage/useless furniture/ equipment is identified.

Liaison with Govt. Law Enforcing Agencies and solve administrative disputes if any.

Ensure approval and availability of office furniture and equipment to the employees as per requirement.

Adequate knowledge and implementation skill about all types of administrative work.

Time Based Maintenance & Routine Servicing of Vehicles for smooth running.

Controlling Fuel & Gas consumption of vehicles.

Distribution of Office Transport and Timely Transportation of goods to clients.

Maintaining and Supervision drivers as per drivers' duty roster.

Conduct weekly meetings with drivers to reduce cost and achieve of common goals of the company.

Arrange maintenance of emergency works of vehicles as and when required.

Monitoring and controlling of vehicle spare parts consumption

Willing to work long hours when required to ensure transportation of company employees

Any other job assigned by the Top Management
